Rescuing Paws, Changing Lives

Buck's Buddies is a dedicated not-for-profit 501c3 dog rescue in Clay County, West Virginia. We aim to provide the county with animal services and permanent rescue for local homeless or abandoned dogs. We are committed to providing ample infrastructure, behavior training, and trauma-informed care for every dog we rescue.

Each rescued canine will in turn provide companionship and purpose to volunteers with disabilities such as neurodivergence, physical and mobility impairments, and traumatic brain injuries.
